Visionary Executive with Proven Track Record in Hospice, Palliative Care, and Post-Acute Care Growth to Guide Strategic Innovation

Hamilton Fried brings extensive executive leadership experience revitalizing and scaling hospice, palliative care, home health, and PACE organizations across both not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, positioning her as a key strategic advisor as Akssi™ expands its AI-enabled platform for hospice.

Cheryl's distinguished career includes serving as President and CEO of Blue Ridge Hospice, where she led the 40-year-old community-based organization through substantial growth in census and service depth. She has also held COO positions at Chapters Health System, one of the nation's largest hospice providers, and Covenant Care, a major not-for-profit hospice organization. Currently, she is Founder and CEO of Harmonia Health, a consulting practice focused on chronic illness, serious illness, and end-of-life care.
A recognized thought leader in post-acute care transformation, Cheryl is skilled at restoring organizational stability, driving expansion, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and financial performance. She has served on the Board of Shenandoah Community Health and as Vice President of the Virginia PACE Association.
