Braveman brings decades of executive leadership experience across home health, hospice, and palliative care, positioning her to play an instrumental role in shaping the company's vision for meaningful innovation in post-acute care.

Braveman's distinguished career spans four decades and four regions of the United States. Beginning as a visiting nurse in rural Maine, she rapidly advanced through clinical and executive positions, serving as Clinical Director, Hospice Director, Chief Operating Officer, and CEO/President across nonprofit, for-profit, hospital-based, and freestanding organizations. Most recently, she led the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State as CEO.

A recognized thought leader, Braveman has served on state and national industry boards, authored numerous trade journal articles, and spoken extensively at conferences nationwide.
