As the former CEO of Homestead Hospice, Mallie grew the company to be the largest, premier hospice provider in the state of Georgia. The company's footstep expanded into Alabama, South Carolina, Ohio and Arizona before it was sold to Traditions Health in 2021. Mallie served as an advisor at SensorsCall. She also founded Homestead Hope Foundation which helped seniors in need find resources that were lacking in their community. Mallie studied nuclear engineering and electrical engineering at Georgia Tech.

As the former COO, Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for several high-tech companies, Farrokh has led high performance teams to create progressive innovations in electronic security, automated doors, electronic article surveillance, electricity metering and oilfield services. His contributions to these teams have led to global, industry-changing, customer-focused innovations. He has his Masters and Bachelors degrees in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.

Possesses extensive and diverse experience in general management, sales/marketing, and operations management. His performance in technology start-ups has contributed to several successful exits, which includes acquisitions by Johnson and Johnson, Intel, and Health Systems Solutions. Marty graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in Political Science, and recently completed executive coursework at Emory in Healthcare Innovation.

She is a member of the American Bar Association and graduated with a honors from the University of Georgia School of Law.
